Here, each candidate is treated as an independent celestial body, possessing its own light and potential, seeking a stable orbit. The goal was to let the audience tangibly feel this 'gravitational contest' between talent and opportunity.

Stellar Core: The Equilibrium Orbit
This concept is perfectly expressed through an innovative interactive mechanism. "Gravitational light pathways" extend from the interviewers' stations—representing different companies—toward the stage's center. These pathways dynamically react to the interviewers' judgments in real-time; a lengthening path signifies strengthening gravity, as if attempting to pull a desired "celestial body" into its orbit. This not only ritualizes the selection process but also creates a thrilling spectacle of "gravitational contention," profoundly illustrating the modern professional law where personal value and platform opportunity attract each other to find a perfect alignment.
