Miracle Moment

For 'Miracle Moment,' a show exploring the boundary between science and magic, I designed the stage as a pair of giant 'Eyes of Wonder.' It blended mechanical aesthetics with dramatic lighting to present every scientific verification as a breathtaking visual miracle.

About
The Anatomy of Wonder
'Miracle Moment' is unique in its mission to reveal the science behind "magic." My core design was to manifest this duality in the physical space. I designed the main stage as two symmetrical sections, shaped like a giant pair of 'observing eyes': the 'Eye of Magic' on the left was dedicated to presenting incredible phenomena, full of mystery and theatrical tension; meanwhile, the 'Eye of Science' on the right was a calm, rigorous laboratory space for deconstructing and verifying the scientific principles behind the miracles. While independent, these two spaces were connected by a central visual axis, creating a dialogue and guiding the audience's gaze back and forth between "sensory wonder" and "rational inquiry." This design turned the stage itself into a narrative tool, not only showcasing miracles but also leading the audience to appreciate the intricate beauty of the scientific logic behind them.
